Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Defective Items

  • We accept returns only if the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process.

2. Damaged Items

  • If the item is damaged, it can be returned, but we require proof that the damaged item was received. Please provide photos or other documentation of the damage to process your return.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@mydevilishdesires.com with your order number and the issue details.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
