These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchase from My Devilish Desires Ltd (“My Devilish Desires,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3) Sexual Wellness Products

We retail sexual wellness products. We do not publish or distribute pornographic content on the Site. You are responsible for ensuring purchases are lawful in your location.

4) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by errors. We may refuse or limit orders (including suspected resale/fraud). Payment processing may be handled by third parties; we are not responsible for third-party processing issues.

5) Shipping & Delivery (USA/Canada/Mexico)

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico only. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier where permitted by law. For Canada/Mexico, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage charges, and delivery may be delayed by customs.

6) Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, incorporated into these Terms. Due to hygiene/safety, we do notaccept returns for change of mind. Claims for defective/damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We may provide replacement/refund/partial refund at our discretion.

7) Product Information & Health Disclaimer

Product descriptions are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified professional if you have medical concerns.

8) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, graphics, logos, code) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. No copying/scraping/reuse without written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY DEVILISH DESIRES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.

Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

15) DISPUTE RESOLUTION: ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER (US)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. You and My Devilish Desires agree that any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or purchases will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

• Governing law: Federal Arbitration Act; and to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
• Arbitration provider/rules: AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or another agreed provider if AAA is unavailable).
• Class action waiver: Disputes must be brought individually. No class, collective, or representative actions.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase or first use by emailing sales@mydevilishdesires.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name + order email.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Changes apply from the 01/16/26 date onward.
