We do not ship to other countries at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfilment partner’s warehouses in Ferndale, Michigan or Phoenix, Arizona.

United States

  • Orders under $100: $6.50
  • Orders $100 and above: Free shipping
  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

United Kingdom

  • Orders under $25: $45.88
  • Orders $25 and above: Free shipping
  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Canada & Mexico

  • Orders under $150: $15.00
  • Orders $150 and above: Free shipping
  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
